The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday dismissed the petition seeking court orders for summoning former ambassador Hussain Haqqani in memogate case.
The petitioner had taken plea that Hussain Haqqani be summoned in the court and be subjected to poly-graphic test to discriminate between truth and falsehood.
LHC, during the preliminary hearing of the petition, rejected the petition, remarking since the case was already being heard in Supreme Court, it could not interfere in this case.
