A man accidentally gunned down his 19-year-old son at a wedding ceremony in the Green Town police precincts on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Jan Masih, a 20-year-old resident of Jamal Park, Multan Road. The police said that Bismal was engaged in aerial firing at the wedding of a relative when a bullet hit his son, who died on the spot. The police, after being informed, reached the spot and shifted the body to the city morgue. The Green Town Police registered a case against Bismal under the Section 322 of the constitution.
