MPA Shahid Mehmood Khan on Tuesday announced his resignation from the Punjab Assembly membership after he joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Talking to media persons outside the Punjab Assembly building on Tuesday, Shahid Mehmood said that he joined the PTI for the wellbeing of country and masses.
He said fake and self directed polices, misbahaviour and negligence of PML-N leadership towards office bearers and activists forced him to leave the party.
Shahid said that as he was elected MPA from PML-N platform therefore he resigned from Punjab Assembly membership after joining PTI.

i have worked with shahid mehmood khan in multanYES he and hashmi sb made the right decision.all the people who are clean like javed hashmi sb and shahid mehmood khan should join PTI to save pakistan from the jaws of corrupt politicians.
