The lack of a public health dispensaries and any government-run hospital is creating problems for the residents of Dhok Hussoo, a thickly populated area of 50,000 people.
“We are living in the most neglected area of Rawalpindi and are being considered outcast or second-rate citizens as we stand deprived of all civic amenities. Even we are lacking basic medical facilities. Not a single public dispensary has ever been set up by the government in this area, said Muhammad Nisar, a vendor. “We are poor people and cannot afford inflated fees of private physicians. But we are surely ill-fated too, as the high-ups are not paying any heed to problems facing us.’
This is pathetic the Govt should take some responsible steps for the betterment of humanity.
