Ameer Jammat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hassan requested the Supreme Court to bring the real culprits behind the memogate scandal to the justice as early as possible . This he said during his speech in a protest sit-in at Ichra here on Sunday. Secretary General of JI Liaquat Baloch, party leaders Farid Paracha, Hafiz Sulman Butt and Ameer-ul-Azeem were also present on the occasion Syed Munawar Hassan said that the PML-N is responsible for the bad deeds of PPP as Nawaz Sharif offered his shoulder to the government for three years. He said that the focus and vision of JI is the Islamic state of Madina. The JI would hold local government elections and the women would be given reverence according to Holy Quran and Sunnah. The JI would introduce interest-free economic and uniform education systems in the country, he added. He said that the plundered money would be brought back and would be utilized on the welfare of the nation. “We would finish loadshedding and withdraw the taxes on utility bills within six months and bring down the price of flour, ghee, sugar and other commodities by 30 percent”, he said while announcing the manifesto of Jammat-e-Islami. He said that US attacked GHQ as well as Mehran Base in Karachi. They also assaulted Salalah check post. He said that religious people are more patriot than any body else. As a matter of fact they are not terrorists. He said that the enthusiasm of Jihad and passion for martyrdom defeated 26 countries alliance, NATO. The people tested PPP four times and PML-N twice but both the parties added to the miseries of the people instead of giving them some relief. He said that the main problem of Pakistan is to come out from US slavery and Jammat-e-Islami could drag out the country towards real freedom.
Jamat Islami got chance twice. Once under Ziaul Haq and then under Musharraf. It did f**k all. Simply became part of the rotten system. It has no capacity to deliver.
