Political figure Maryam Nawaz Sharif urged the youth to come play its role for the political and economic uplift of Pakistan.
Addressing a function to mark the Quaid-e-Azam day at a girls college, she urged them to follow Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah to attain a respectable position among nations. Students presented national songs, tablu, play and theatrical performances to show national integrity and the significance of Pakistan Movement.
Maryam said she was impressed by the artistic skill of students. She said, “I wish to enhance interaction with the youth since youth is the backbone of the country and must participate in the political sphere by casting their votes.
