The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allotted 32 commercial and 1408 residential plots during the last three years through open auction, Senate told here on Saturday. In a written reply to Dr Muhammad Ismail Buledi, the minister in-charge of cabinet division said the plots had been allotted as per Land Disposal Regulation (LDR) 2005. Giving breakup, he said four plots had been allotted in Markaz D-12, while seven plots were allotted in F sectors.
One plot was allotted in Blue Area. And 13 plots were allotted in G sectors and in seven plots were allotted in I sectors. 408 persons were allotted residential plots during the last three years. The sector wise break up is as under: Four plots were allotted in D series and 16 plots in F series, 60 plots in G sectors while 1328 plots have been allotted to general public in I sectors.
