President Asif Ali Zardari, while talking to media by telephone, said that he is in good health now however; doctors prohibited him from traveling, therefore, article 47 cannot be applied at him.
The clause (1) of article 47 of constitution says “Notwithstanding anything contained in the Constitution, that the President may, in accordance with the provisions of this Article, be removed from office on the ground of physical or mental incapacity or impeached on a charge of violating the Constitution or gross misconduct”.
President Zardari said that he will not accept the forcible imposition of the said article. How this article could be applied at me as I am absolutely fine, the president asked.
If the President is exampted by Artile 47,then why innocent Late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was granted severe life punishment?
Is it the classical cold war between Army and the politicians, who want to take over the country by hiding behind the opposition? In this period, finally Pakistan has started towards democracy, I hope it is not undone.. People of Pakistan deserve better than what they have gotten in the last sixty years.
Come on Mr. President take some time off, you have been working very hard all these years. Beside, all that money which has been horded out of the country has to be wisely disposed off. With all those chores at home it not possible to concentrate.
We are in touch economic times so we should make very careful decision when investing making decision where and how to invest a hard earn money. These discussion will then financially impact the next generation of leaders that will take charge of the country in coming days.
Since your party is the only democratic party of the country which was form on the basis of democracy and has been selecting party leaders democratically all the way from BB to yourself and now the next generation which we can easily predict to be the next chain in command.

so the spirtual son of ZAB left the country for medical treatment because he feared for his life. ZAB would have never done that. He chose to be hanged rather than leave his country -such was the character of the great man.Benazir Bhutto did not fear death but passed the batton to one who feared. If we are incapable of offering our president medical treatment or security than we are worthless.

To be hanged is another issue and to be killed by an unknown is altogether different thing.
It is applicable against millions of Pakistani but not against the big guns who deserved to be hanged.
