At least two Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel were killed, while five others were injured in a landmine explosion in Turbat on Wednesday.
According to the media reports, an FC van patrolling along Nahang river at the border point of Mand and Tump, ran over a landmine. As a result, two personnel were killed while five others were injured.
The vehicle was also destroyed in the blast.
The sources have confirmed the incident and said that security has been stepped up in the area after the blast.
