Millions looted in Soldier Bazar bank heist

In a string of bank robberies in Karachi on Tuesday, armed robbers looted millions of rupees from a private bank in Soldier Bazar area.
Police said six armed men, clad in shalwar-kameez, barged into the bank, held the staff hostage on gun point and looted the cash sans any resistance from armed security guards of the bank.
Bank authorities and police, though, did not reveal how much cash was looted. However, sources said Rs. 5.2 millions were robbed in the heist.
Police have arrested two security guards, who disclosed that they had not been given weapon training.
