Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday admitted for regular hearing a petition filed against CNG load shedding in Punjab.
The Court sought reply from federal government and Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Tuesday.
Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah of LHC, while admitting the petition for hearing, in his elementary remarks questioned under what law CNG loadshedding was being implemented in Punjab.
He also acknowledged the helpless state of those associated with CNG related works, observing that they had no alternative source of income than it.
