CJP for completing FJA construction without compromise on quality

Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Saturday directed the Public Works Department (PWD) and the National Engineering Services Pakistan Private Limited (NESPAK) to complete the construction work of the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) Project Phase-II in time without compromising on the quality. The CJP was speaking at his visit to the FJA construction site where he was briefed about various aspects of the project, including the pace of the construction work that is to be completed at an estimated cost of Rs 92 million. The CJP pointed out certain technical flaws while inspecting the construction map, architectural design and quality of the construction material being used. He directed the PAK PWD and NESPAK officials to correct the flaws and complete the work without compromising on quality.
FJA In-charge Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, FJA Director General Parvaiz Ali Chawla and the faculty members of the FJA were also present on the occasion.

Janab Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry Saheb, Muhammad Younus Butt `s servicesfrom P.I.A had been dispensed by MLR.52 IN 1981 without any proper justification.since then I have been suffering financial as well health hardships till now.I forwarded several petitions to review my case and do the justice with me,but unluckily I have been deprived of this `INSAAF`.Through these lines I onceagain humbly request your honor to listen my story of greviences and my services alongwith all financial and other benefits may be regularised.For this act of kindness my whole family will pray for you.
