The Islamabad police apprehended on Sunday at least 10 outlaws from the various areas of the city for their alleged involvement in different cases. The law enforcers also seized at least five 30-bore pistols, one 44-bore rifle, 3 bottles of liquor and looted items from the culprits, a police spokesman said here. He said Golra police arrested three suspects named Asad, Zafar and Jabbar and recovered three pistols with other ammunition from their possession. Separately, the Industrial Area police recovered a 44-bore rifle, one 30-bore pistol and 36 live rounds from a suspect who was later identified as Shoukat Ali.
The spokesman said the CIA police arrested a man named Abdul Haq and recovered a 30-bore pistol from him while Koral police arrested four occupants of a car and recovered three bottles of liquor from them. They were later identified as Muhammad Mansoor, Zeb, Rasheed and Yasir. In yet another raid, Margalla police arrested an alleged thief named Muahammad Asif. Police registered separate cases against the accused and started investigation, the spokesman added.
