Zardari is stable now: governor

President Asif Ali Zardari is stable and out of the intensive care unit (ICU), Punjab Governor Latif Khosa said on Friday.
He was talking to journalists at the National Hockey Stadium after inauguration of the 27th National Women Hockey Championship. Khosa said that a few tests of the president were conducted, which were perfectly normal, adding that a few more tests will be conducted and in a few days Zardari will come in front of everyone. The governor said that Zardari was elected president for five years and he is going nowhere, as he is a strong man and in Dubai for medical issues but in a few days he will be back in his public. Khosa said that PML-N President Nawaz Sharif and other politicians had a strong consensus on not to derail the democratic process and those people, who were expecting some change, will see the president resuming his duties soon.
