Dr. Liaqat Ali violated PhD rules of HEC by completing PhD in 5 years instead of the maximum 4 years in addition to changing admission to a third-grade Exeter University after he failed in Manchester University. But the NCE Geology is still hiding the case of students that never returned to the country even their maximum time allowed for PhD has expired already. NCEG has done hundreds of millions of damage to the country and HEC is partner in this fraud.

Camborne School of Mines is a world class place for the study of Economic Geology and Mineral Exploration. Due to his outstanding performance Dr Liaqat Ali has now been awarded with commonwealth scholarship for post doc study at the University of Leeds. Only 3 scientist from Pakistan won this award in the year 2013.

Not by performance but by the corrupt administartion of which Liaqat is a part. By the way, he is is in jail currently. Would you like to tell a little what kind of performance led to his arrest and prosecution?
