When PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif reached the Supreme Court on Thursday, the court officials welcomed him with special protocol as, due to his arrival, entry passes to other people were also not issued.
Supreme Court Additional Registrar Sajid Mehmood Qazi issued instructions in particular to the security officials deployed there regarding protocol of Nawaz Sharif.
When Nawaz Sharif entered the premises of the Supreme Court at the hearing of the memogate scam, he was received by the high officials. He was taken to the court No 1, but by taking advantage of leniency by the security officials, his armed guards also entered the court along with weapons, which was against the decorum of the court.
It has been the routine for the court that the security is beefed up to red alert level on the hearings of important cases and special passes are issued to the selected people but this time no one was allowed to enter the court premises except Nawaz Sharif, his companions and journalists.
The full bench of the court had to hear another case regarding duel membership of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif but it could not hear the case as all the three judges including Justice Shakir Ullah Jan, Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice Ijaz Amjad Chaudhary were included in the larger bench which is conducting the hearing of the memo scam.

SC take notice of the fact that armed goons where allowed into the sanctum of the court ! I think I will be wating for a long time and probably hell will freeze over before anything happens !

We have the best judiciary in the world. No where in the world, staff of Chief Justice is expected to come out to welcome a Petitioner. But, our Chief Justice sent his staff to welcome a Petitioner on December 1. Well done, Chief Justice!!! Keep it up!!!
Under the Constitution, Supreme Court has the power to interpret it. Yes, this is a fact. So, the honourable Chief Justice has the prerogative to enjoy it the way he wants. He does not need to care about history's verdict on his judgements. We should let him enjoy his job. After all, he had to run all over the country to get it back.

this is the so-called independent judiciary which is sold to the Sharifs.
nawaz sharif was just a petitioner at that time and CJ should have not given such a protocole to him . it will effect the credibility of CJ and the supreme court. after a long effort judiciary is restored so we should take care of it .
