Defence of Human Rights and Public Services Trust Chairperson Amina Masood Janjua on Thursday said the government must review its foreign policy and relations with the US after the recent NATO attack. Addressing reporters after a demonstration at Parade Avenue, Janjua demanded the government to pressurise the US for immediate release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui. “The government should immediately release all missing persons and sever all kinds of relations with the US to end lawlessness in the country,” she said. “We vehemently condemn the cruel attack of NATO forces backed up by the US and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Pak Army. It is due to the government’s flawed foreign policy that no Pakistani is safe in his own territory.”
