Sindh Home Ministry issued orders for the detention of MQM-H chief Afaq Ahmad under 16 MPO soon after his release orders were issued by the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC).
Judge Khalida Yasmin of ATC had issued orders for releasing MQM-H chief Afaq Ahmad after he was granted bail on Saturday. Soon after the issuance of release orders of Afaq Ahmad by ATC, Sindh Home Ministry issued orders for his detention.
A notification has been issued in this respect.

Afaq Ahmad's rearrest exposes the intolerance of MQM and denial of basic rights of an individual by Sind provincial government. So much for the democratic claims of both these parties.
Mqm is not a party by any defination. They are just a group of looters, rapists, and extortionists, united under the umbrela of her majesty altaf husain.
