Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has ruled out fair and transparent elections under President Asif Ali Zardari and warned there will be bloodshed in the country if elections are held under Zardari’s leadership.
“President Zardari has not done any job honestly in his life. He has done the job of destruction of PPP. Transparent and fair elections can not be expected under Asif Ali Zardari. There will be bloodshed in the country if elections take place under Zardari’s leadership”, Imran said while addressing a press conference here on Monday.
He went on to say PTI Tsunami had rocked Sindh and no one could stop it, adding that more political stalwarts will soon join PTI.
“I am happy people of Sindh have woken up”, he remarked while expressing his pleasure at the turnout.
Reiterating his claims of holding a meeting in Karachi, he announced, “If war occurs in Karachi on December, 25 in Karachi, even then I will hold public meeting therein. I ask people of Sindh to shed their fear. I want to rid the people of Sindh of the fear prevailing in the province.”
Talking about MQM, he said, “MQM has only 18 seats out of 272 seats, should we continue to fight with them the whole time or should we fight with big fish?”
“I pledge that no armed group will be allowed to move freely while brandishing arms if PTI is voted to power”, he added.
PTI is not a party of Punjabis, Sindhis, Balochis or Pushtoons, but it is symbol of the entire Pakistan. Whosoever joins us will be reformed, he said.
All the political parties had forged alliance to serve their vested interests, the cricket-turned-politician said, adding that they all have united to protect tyrannical system and had minted billion of rupees. Time has come now that all the oppressed people should get united, he urged.

This nation faced a similar scenario with Late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. He did not accept election results which led to widespread public unrest with horrendous consequences for Pakistan.
The writer agrees with you to the extent that there could be massive rigging leading to large scale unrest in the country. There is, however, disagreement on the totality of your statement. This is a half baked statement lacking foresight of a statesman. Would you like to reconsider and rephrase this?

The problem with us as a nation is that we never want change and a clean person coming to power who feels for the country. While the others have failed despite repeated opportunities, for God sake give at least one chance to Imran, who is honest and selfless. His track record as a sportsman and philanthropist proves my point.
How can you call a gambler and ball temperer honest? He lived in a small Zaman Park House and after Shaukat Khanum, he lives in a 300 kanal palace. Dishonest scum.

They all have their money even children abroad. Surprising due to different reasons they live away from their children . Fathers of three of them faced corruption charges. Imran lives in house of more than 180,000 Sq Yards in Islamabad and have other homes in Islamabad and Lahore, Nawaz have home in Lahore, Muree,London and S Arabia , Zardari have homes everywhere , Altaf lives in London himself .

We must follow Constitution. Next elections have to be under Asif Zardari. Obviously, you cannot have elections under Jemima or a family member of Goldsmiths. Come elections and you will know your worth. In the heart of your hearts you know this fact and therefore, have started crying foul more than 18 months before election time.

Followers of PPP, PML and rest of that bunch are afraid, really afraid. Why to worry about Imran or PTI ?
He was this or that in his past in his personal life, is nothing to do with his vision and revolution he bring in himself first.
He talks about and for people of Pakistan, establisment never able to bring youth of Pakistan on street, they are in fact afraid of youth, PTI bring them in masses, so stop given your ego this candy that he is of Establishment, and all that rubbish.
He is man of his words, he spoke the truth, he is honest and a true pakistani among all other leaders he is the only who have all his assets in Pakistan. No corruption on his account, not a looter like of Nawaz or Zardari, more importantly he is the one who proved his vision, his dreams with action. More importantly he dream for the people of Pakistan and do good for people of Pakistan, either it SKMH or Namal University.
