Judge seeks SHO’s comments in Sapna case

Additional District Sessions Judge Choudhary Nazeer Ahmed on Friday sought comments from the SHO Race Course police station on a petition seeking registration of a case against former CM Dost Khosa and his seven henchmen for killing his wife actress Sapna Khan. Misal Khan, father of Sapna, had filed the petition contending that Khosa and his men, namely Sajjad Ahmed, Shahir Daood Butt, Muhammad Fahim Amjad, Rana Tanveer, Javed, Yasin and Shahid had kidnapped his daughter, and later killed her. He said Khosa had sent a message to Khan’s son, stating that if they continued searching for his wife Sapna, he would kill their family.
Khan implored the court take action against Khosa, despite him being a politician and a former CM. The judge sought comments from SHO Racecourse for November 30.
