Engro Corporation has made some executive level changes on the helm of its subsidiaries, Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited, Engro Fertiliser Limited and Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited (EPCL), the shareholders at Karachi Stock Exchange were informed.
According to the corporation, Khalid Mansoor, the current chief executive officer of Engro Powergen, would replace Khalid Siraj Subhani, the chief executive of Engro’s 100-per cent-owned subsidiary, Engro Fertiliser. The latter, whereas, would take over EPCL in the same capacity after the early retirement of EPCL’s chief executive, Asif Qadir. “The new changes would take effect from January 1 (2012),” the company said in a notice to KSE. The notice has also been dispatched to the management and shareholders of the concerned firms at the stock exchanges in Lahore and Islamabad.
