Rs 4.4m looted in Soldier Bazaar bank robbery

At least two banks have been looted during last 24 hours in the metropolis as dacoits took away cash worth Rs.4.4 million from a bank in Soldier Bazaar this morning.
According to details, the dacoits remained present in the bank for 10 minutes and took away cash worth Rs.4.4 million, as well as the secret recording system.
According to police sources, the images of the dacoits have been elicited to begin the investigations. The same dacoits, who have been security guards in the past, earlier robbed six banks, according to SSP Investigation Unit Raja Omar Khattab.
Yesterday, a private bank located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-13A was robbed of cash worth over Rs. 4 million. The miscreants also took away secret camera’s video recording system and a pistol of the bank’s security guard.
