Former foreign minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Wednesday that the rulers do not appear serious; though the memo issue is of serious proportions.
Addressing a press conference, the former foreign minister stressed it would be wrong to hold the Pakistani ambassador to the US Hussain Haqqani alone entirely responsible for the issue.
Qureshi maintained the probe should be conducted as to who sent the memo.
