Former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Wednesday that the entire blame of memo scandal could not be imposed on Hussain Haqqani and called for exposing all those responsible for it.
He said this while addressing a peace conference of Ulema and Mashaikh and later talking to journalists.
“The nation has made up its mind for a change. We have already lost half of the country, now what is it that we are waiting for?” Shah Mehmood Qureshi asked.
He said he had made it clear to Pakistan Muslim League-N President Nawaz Sharif that now it was not the time to continue to remain part of the assemblies.
Qureshi remarked that the sovereignty of nations which carry begging bowls always end up being traded.
He said Sherry Rehman as Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US must defend Pakistan’s interests.

  1. We know what you want to say who do you want to take a shot at but would you make up your mind and announce publicly so that we know if you are a forward looking person with the qualities of a statesman or an ordinary person with quirkiness of an average politician.

  2. Zardari and all his pets would have to eventually take the blame. But i think Zardari would try to play safe by eventually declaring emergency and dissolving the assemblies. Having early elections wouldn't change much. Different scenarios would arise. Pakistan Army and ISI should hold a complete investigation of this so called Democratic Government on putting Pakistan Army and ISI into jeopardy.

  3. QURAISHI… THE gaddinasheen OR any one from the present time belonging to 'ELITE CLASS' [ BADMASHIA CLASS] is hereby rejected for a GREAT PAKISTAN. If Imran Khan is honest, must donate his wealth and shift to live with the masses. Else he must not qoute Nabi a Kareem in his talks:
    PAIT PAR BANDH………..PAKISTANKI KHIDMAT KAR
AMLAN KAR DIKHA……. BATTAIN NA BANNA
