Senator SM Zafar said on Sunday that the time has come for the accountability of leadership in the country.
He was speaking on the book launching ceremony of Jamil Gishkori’s second book of poetry “Qosay Qazah”. He said that injustice should be eliminated from the entire world to create peace and harmony.
Several renowned writers appreciated the work of Jamil Gishkori, including former minister Qayyum Nizami who said that Jamil Gishkori was a poet of hope and positive vision in the present circumstances, while poet and columnist Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi praised the sweetness of Seraiki in the poetry of Gishkori. Jamil Gishkori also narrated some of the verses from his book on the occasion.
