An Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) on Saturday recorded the statements of two prosecution witnesses, FIA Assistant Director Qamar Zaman and Inspector Sardar Azam, in the Mumbai attack case.
The hearing of the case held in the court of ATC Judge Shahid Rafique. According to the FIA prosecutor, five out of the 40 prosecution witnesses so far had recorded their statements. He alleged the defence lawyers were resorting to delaying tactics to linger on the case. He made the remarks after the defence counsels requested the court for provision of relevant records. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 22.
