Additional District and Session Judge Sheraz Kiani on Thursday fixed November 28 for the recording of statements of a sub-inspector and three constables in Nishter Town fake police encounter. The court summoned Sub Inspector Muhammad Akbar along with constables Sultan Ahmad, Muhammad Ashraf and Muhammad Zaki for the next date of hearing. A murder case is pending in the court of ADSJ against DSP Riasat Ali Javed, Sub Inspector Muhammad Riaz Constables Abdul Qadir and Muhammad Asif involved in murdering of under custody Shahbaz Butt in fake police encounter.
According to details, accused police officials had arrested Shahbaz Butt Yuhanna Abad after he robbers the Makka Medical Store with his two companions and just after one hour of his arrest he had been murdered in a fake police encounter near Rohi drain.
