Building control of Ferozepur Road, stretching from Qurtaba Chowk to end of Lahore’s boundary, was handed over to the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Friday. LDA directed builders, owners and occupants of buildings and vacant plots, situated along the road, for submitting their duly-approved building plans to the LDA town planning director, at the earliest. These plans should have been approved by a competent authority.
Owners of such buildings for which no building plan had so far been approved, have been advised for submitting their building plans to LDA for approval according to LDA regulations 2008. They have further been asked for getting approved such building plans by December 31.
