Senator Faisal Raza Abidi has been appointed president of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) – Karachi Division, PPP Sindh Information Secretary Waqar Medhi announced on Thursday.
He said that PPP Co-Chairman President Asif Ali Zardari had appointed Senator Abidi to head the party’s Karachi chapter.
Mir Ismail Brohi has been appointed the PPP’s general secretary for Karachi Division, he added.
