Peshawar High Court’s Justice Shahjahan resigned for being ignored in the seniority list.
After the swearing in ceremony in Governor’s House, Peshawar of Justice Dost Muhammed as the chief justice, Justice Shahjahan resigned in protest.
He has sent his resignation to the president.
Justice Shahjahan belongs to Mardan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He has been serving as a PHC judge since 1995 and he was at the top in the seniority list.
