Five killed, two injured in Karachi firing incidents

Five people were killed and two were injured in fresh spate of incidents of firing in the Metropolis.
Dead bodies of three people were unearthed by Sharqi Goth police in Korangi’s industrial area, who appear to have been killed after being shot down.
These three have been identified as Sohail (30), Ramesh (35) and Rattan alias Mawala (40); while weapons have also been discovered near these dead bodies, which have been shifted to a hospital, along with investigations.
Meanwhile, unknown criminal elements opened fire near Pathan hotel, killing Jehanzeb, son of Muhammad Ali, while injuring Tanveer, son of Bashir Ahmad.
Another firing incident occurred at jurisdictions of Khokhrapar Thana, when 5-6 pillion riders, riding three motorbikes, opened indiscriminate fire, killing 45-year-old Abdul Karim, and injuring a hotel owner, 25-year-old, Abu Bakr.
