President Asif Ali Zardari and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain talked over telephone and discussed the overall political situation in the country, media reported on Wednesday.
According to Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar, the two leaders in their early morning conversation, gave thought to various affairs relating the ruling coalition.
Also, numerous other parliamentary matters were discussed, the spokesman said.
