Former Sindh home minister Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza on Wednesday contacted the officials of Scotland Yard and said he would be holding a meeting with the officials on Monday, according to media reports.
Friends of Lyari convener Habib Jan confirmed this development, and added that Mirza would address House of Lords today at 23 00 PST.
Mirza would be accompanied by Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon and MPA Imdad Patafi, whose presence seem to have irked Pakistan Peoples Party’s top leadership.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that show-cause notices will be issued to the two PPP lawmakers.
Seeing the reaction shown by the PPP leadership, Memon said he would return to Pakistan through the first available flight.
It is pertinent to mention that while leaving for London from Karachi, Mirza told reporters at the airport that he would provide evidence against the MQM and its chief Altaf Hussain to the British authorities.

I would also like to address House of Lords for there are only two roads in Karachi that are closed, one is Saudi Embassy’s and the other is to Mr Mirza’s house. Where 1000 policemen are always guarding… So much for bravery!

What character Zulfiqar mirza possesses; In order to give himself credibility he gives the example of Hazrat Imam Hussein (A.S). This low life drunkard thinks that we the people of Karachi are tolerating him because we are scared of him. This guy accepts he did corruption, this guy accepts giving 180,000 weapon license with the intent to be used against MQM, this guy said that he ordered the killing of Rehman Dacoit who eventually became a shaheed (May Allah give Hadaya to Uzair Balouch). This habitual liar once before asked Hamid Mir to bring Quran in case of him snatching the camera from GEO news reporter later his innocence was shattered by a video made by a bystander.
