Norway gunman appears in open court

Right-wing extremist Anders Behring Breivik, who has confessed to carrying out the deadly July 22 attacks in Norway, made his first public court appearance Monday for a hearing on his continued detention.
Dressed in a dark suit, white shirt and light blue tie and sporting a narrow blond beard, Behring Breivik appeared at the Oslo district court where family members of the 77 people he killed as well as journalists and members of the general public were gathered.
