Mr Nabeel Khokhar are you for real?

Posted on numerous blogs, this picture has become quite a sensation for the past few days, so much so that there is a fan page on Facebook for the person on it.
The picture was first posted on kalam.tv and then on huffingtonpost.com, later turning into a bloggers’ favourite.
The billboard in the picture is supposed to be situated along the Shahrah-e-Faisal in Karachi.
The billboard carries a picture of a man and his message in which he is apologising to “Princess” for being a “dirty, sneaky, immoral, poorly-endowed slimeball” and wants to “make things right”.
“Nabeel Khokhar” also goes on to write at the end that “This is not a public service message”.
There is no confirmation as to whether the billboard really exists or not. The picture might be a Photoshop trick, but it has certainly managed to flood blogs with comments. The manner in which “Khokhar” has expressed his feelings have not gone down well with many who think he has only wasted money at a time when floods have ravaged Sindh, thousands lost their homes and 1,600 people committed suicide in the country this year alone, whereas others find it hilarious. There are also those who believe it is a prank, while some even sympathise with the man. “Mr Khokhar” might not even be a real person, but for now, he is a celebrity on the Internet.

Following is the text on the billboard

"Hi Princess
I know I Don't have your attention these days...
I know I have been, dirty, sneaky, immoral, poorly-endowed slimeball
& everything But I Really want to make things right, because
without you I am nothing and all I want is a chance to prove myself
I am Sorry for everything I have done but I have learned.

Your's (soon to be) Husband,
Nabeel Khokhar
P.s. I Love You"
