The Greenwich University and Fatih University of Istanbul have signed a preliminary protocol to further the cause of education and research. The protocol was signed by Greenwich University Vice Chancellor Seema Moghul and Fatih University Rector Serif Ali Tekalan.
The signing ceremony was held during a visit by a delegation of Greenwich University to Turkey. Both universities have decided to cooperate in the fields of education and research under the protocol. During the 12-day socio-cultural and educational visit, the delegation visited Ankara University where the rector of the university, Professor Dr Cemal Talug welcomed the delegation and showed keen interest in extending academic collaboration and enhancing the practical implementation of the memorandum of understanding that was earlier signed in March 2011 between the Greenwich University and the Ankara University.
The delegation also visited Anadolu University, Eskeisher and paid respects at the tomb of founder of modern Turkey, Mustafa Kamal Ataturk.
