Police arrest two wanted murderers

The capital police claimed on Saturday to have apprehended two men wanted in two murder cases and nabbed nine other ‘outlaws’ from different areas of the city. The police also seized some hashish and liquor from those arrested separately, a police spokesman said.
He said Akhtar Nawaz, a resident of Bari Imam Mohallah Nori Bagh, was allegedly killed by a man named Manzoor over a monetary dispute on 10 October. The suspect was at large ever since and a police team of Secretariat police station led by SHO Inspector Hakim Khan finally arrested Manzoor with the murder weapon, a 30-bore pistol.
The police also recovered from him the cell phone and a watch belonging to the deceased. Separately, the Koral police apprehended another suspect named Rooh Ullah who had allegedly killed Rozi Khan, the owner of Bismillah Restaurant situated in Khana area. Rozi was shot dead after he had a row with three men sitting on his property.
A police team arrested finally Rooh Ullah and his two accomplices named Amin Qaisar and Nisar Ahmed. The spokesman said the Aabpara area police also nabbed a bootlegger named Babar Masish from sector G-7/3-2 and recovered 50 bottles of liquor from him.
