LAHORE – President Asif Ali Zardari is a constitutional president and a constitutional way should be pursued for his removal from office, Aitzaz Ahsan said on Saturday.
Talking to reporters, he said the slogans chanted in the PML-N’s October 28 rally were inappropriate. “I used to stop people from chanting slogans of ‘go, go’. Such slogans can be chanted against dictatorship but President Asif Zardari is a constitutional president. Parliament is the only avenue to remove him from office,” he said.
