Lahore Ravi gained first innings lead after they bowled out Multan on the third day of the four round division II Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match.Resuming their innings at 162-2 in 57 overs, Multan went on to get 356 in 127.4 overs and it was Emad Ali who took four wickets to keep them below the target. Although Multan did not achieve the Lahore total but two of their batsmen played brilliantly. Mohammad Ahmed scored 95 and Naveed Yasin scored 138.
At LCCA, Lahore Shalimar too fell short of the Quetta’s first innings total and got 230 runs 73.5 overs. Fahad-ul-Haq with his unbeaten 83 brought Shalimar total close to Quatta but Saeed Khan with his six wickets haul contained them under his team’s total of 276.
