Judicial Magistrate-6 Faisal Hameed issued non-bailable arrest warrants of former president Pervaiz Musharraf and former prime minister Shaukat Aziz in Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case.
As per media reports, the court of Judicial Magistrate No 6 Quetta took up Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case for hearing on Friday.
Akbar Bugti was killed along with his 35 comrades in a military action near Kohlu and Dera Bugti Tribal Territory on March 25, 2006, during Musharraf’s regime.
Nawab Jamil Akbar Bugti, son of Nawab Akbar Bugti, had filed a petition in Balochistan High Court (BHC) taking the plea that the accused persons in Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case had not been arrested so far even after they have been repeatedly identified and nominated in the case.
The crime branch had approached the court in connection with issuance of arrest warrants of Pervaiz Musharraf and Shaukat Aziz. The crime branch had earlier obtained the arrest warrant of former home minister and sitting member of Provincial Assembly Shoaib Ahmed Nosherwani.

I’m sorry fellas but you are a failed State, which is not only systematically wiping out huge sections of your “own” population, but engaging in a proxy-war against your allies at the same time. The sooner Pakistan is removed from the map the better.
I appreciate courts of my pak land for issuing warrants of wicked men those looted our country.
