Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan has asked the government to resign for being ineffective and failing to solve the problems of the people.
Addressing a press conference at Islamabad, Imran said the government had failed to protect the lives, property and honor of the people. If the government could not serve the people, it should resign, he added.
Talking about the situation in North Waziristan, Imran said that drone attacks usually killed innocent people.
He said a decision was made jointly in the All Parties Conference that no permission would be given for the drone attacks. Imran was accompanied by his ex wife Jemima, who Imran said, had come to Pakistan to make a documentary.

    • Like Sharifs Imran Khan is another empty vessal. How he wud overcome problems when all politicians pull each other's legs to come into power. PPP govt presented a draft bill for computerization of Tax system so that big bussiness cud not steal taxes. But all other political parties opposed PPP's move becoz they feared in this way PPP govt wud get enough resources and will solve economic problems and may win next elections. Now if Imran comes to power and try to take the same step which is only real solution, all other parties will combine to stop him. Pakistani politicians hv small mentality and narrow interests.

  1. n what position does he hold to demand something like that… he is not member of the parliament and as such represents no part of the population of the country… rather than playing cards by highlighting the incapabilities of others it would be ethical enough to present your own stance on the problems and propose solutions accordingly… for the fact should not be forgotten that the first steps of PTI were based on money earned from spot fixing 'and unfortunately mr.khan accepts this bitter truth himself'…
