On direction of the senior civil judge, two separate cases regarding the division of former Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer’s property have been combined in court of Naeem Kharal who fixed November 12 for the hearing of said cases. According to details, Ayesha Bokhari, who claims to be the late governor’s wife and Taseer’s wife before Amna, Yasmeen Saigol had filed separate suits in civil courts for the division of their husband’s property situated in various cities of the country including Lahore and Gujranwala. The said cases, with the same witnesses, were pending in two different civil courts hence the senior judge combined them to ease the difficulties being faced by witnesses.
