Rs 5 million were stolen from a private bank in the Rizvia Society area on Tuesday, a private television channel reported. According to police, four armed men entered the private bank, took the guard by surprise and disarmed him. After taking staff hostage on gunpoint, the men stole Rs 5 million. They also took away CCTV camera footage when fleeing from the scene. Following the incident, police and other investigating agencies reached the spot and started interrogating bank staff and the security guard.
