Six people were kidnapped from the city on Tuesday. Sameer, 9, was kidnapped from the Civil Lines area. Ishfaq was kidnapped from the Lahore airport parking lot, a young girl Shakeela from Manawan, Shakeela from Subzazar, Kainat and Ashi were kidnapped from Iqbal Town area.
Set on fire: Dilshad Bibi, resident of Hakim Town, received critical burns when four persons sprinkled kerosene oil on her and set her alight in Green Town area on Tuesday. Police said that the accused Ghulam Rasool, Shabir, Iqbal and Sugran Bibi, who were residents of the same area, set Dilshad Bibi on fire after a minor altercation.
