He said, if the rulers did not abandon the pro-US policies and the armed forces did not discharge their duty for the country’s defense, it would be too late. The JI chief said the US wanted to punish the country for its defeat in Afghanistan, adding that the nation stood behind its armed forces and would fight shoulder to shoulder with soldiers in case of any aggression. He said that the nation had lost confidence in the rulers who were blindly toeing Washington’s line and had failed to implement the resolutions of parliament and APC. The JI chief called upon the armed forces to check drone attacks and stop logistic support to the US.

  1. Honorable Foreign Minister (Ms.Hina Rabbani Khar) should talk to her Indian counterpart to release all those Pakistani prisoners immediately who have not only completed their jail terms but also whose nationality status as being Pakistani citizen by birth has been verified/confirmed by the ministry of interior, government of Pakistan and forwarded to the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi accordingly.

  2. If cleric (s) of Jamat -ud-Dawa have some useful latest information about those Pakistani prisoners who are languish in different Indian jails, then they should share their information with the parents. A large number of Pakistani prisoners are confined behind the bars though they have completed their legal jail sentences. Furthermore, their nationality status has also been confirmed by the government of Pakistan & forwarded to the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi. Jamat-ud-Dawa lukewarm has not only shown response towards this significant issue but also ignored the parents of those Pakistani prisoners altogether.
