Chitrangda Singh is excited about her next film, which is a comedy. She says her role means more to her than just sharing screen space with big stars. From doing complex characters in offbeat films, to doing her first out-an-out commercial comedy film ‘Desi Boyz’, this conventionally unconventional actress seems all set to break the one-movie-wonder tag.
Ask her why she’s absent from the promos and posters of ‘Desi Boyz’ and she says, “That’s all a part of the strategy. First the boys are revealed, then Deepika comes in the picture and then I.” Talking of Deepika, what’s her equation with her? “I don’t have any scenes with Deepika, so there was not much interaction. But as a person, she is very nice and cordial. Sorry to disappoint gossipmongers, but there’s no story here. We both had no issues whatsoever.”
