Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said on Saturday that no case was pending against Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif regarding his eligibility. Commenting on the statement of Punjab Governor Latif Khosa, Sanaullah said that the governor had to prove that which case was pending against Shahbaz. Sanaullah said that Shahbaz was the constitutional CM and member of the Punjab Assembly (PA). He said that the governor could move a no confidence motion against the CM through Punjab Opposition Leader Raja Riaz and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Punjab Parliamentary Leader Chaudhry Zaheeruddin in the assembly.
