Three killed across the city

Three men, including a teenage boy, were murdered by unidentified killers in two areas of the city on Wednesday. Unidentified men killed a 14-year-old boy after kidnapping and sexually assaulting him in Sundar police precincts on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Zafar Iqbal, resident of Mohlanwal.
Police said the deceased went to work at a local factory four days ago but never returned home. On Wednesday his body was recovered from a room located in the fields of Mohlanwal village and identified by his parents, who reached the scene after police made announcements in the area.
Police later moved the body to the morgue for autopsy and started investigating the matter.
Investigators believe that the deceased was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by the killers.
In another mishap, Chowki Nawab Town police recovered a body of a missing watchman from an under construction building on Raiwind Road. Per details, 35-year-old Robert Maseeh, resident of Vehari, and Sadiq, resident of Kasur, worked as labourers and were doing duties of watchmen at an under construction house located on Raiwind Road.
Both had gone missing three days ago.
On Wednesday, labourers smelt something foul while working at the building and dug out the courtyard to find the body of Robert, who had been tortured to death. Police informed the heirs of Robert and registered a case.
Investigators have started searching for the other watchman, Sadiq. Separately, police recovered a body of a 35-year-old man from an empty plot in Chowki Nawab Town area. The deceased has not been identified so far.
