A delegation of newly-elected officials of the American Business Forum (ABF) called on Punjab Governor Sardar Latif Khan Khosa at the Governor House on Wednesday. ABF President Salim Ghauri led the delegation, which included Senior Vice President Ibrahim Qureshi, Vice President Vaseem Anwar, Vice President Zahid Bashir, Honourary Secretary General Ayesha M Hamid, Naeem Shafique, Afsar Mahmood, Sohail yousaf and Younus Kamran.
Ghauri briefed the governor about ABF’s objectives and the scope of its activities during the meeting. He added that ABF had been playing an active role for the rehabilitation of Pakistanis dislocated because of natural disasters. Khosa appreciated ABF’s initiatives and the contribution of multinationals in the Pakistani economy through job-creation.
