Mohammad Fayyaz cracked double century for Peshawar on second day of the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Division II match against Lahore Shalimar here at the Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday. Resuming innings at 328 for three, Peshawar went on to make 556 for eight in 131 overs. Fayyaz was given required help at the other end by Gohar Ali who made 92 runs. In reply to their first innings, Lahore were at 101 for two with Adnan Raza getting 44. At the LCCA ground, Lahore Ravi took first innings lead against UBL. Lahore first bowled UBL out for 218 and later got 244 for nine. From UBL Zafar Ali, Saad and Kashif were prominent batsmen while Emad Ali left the UBL batsmen stunned with his five wickets haul. Lahore them saw Usman Salahuddin made 82 and Kashif Bhatti four for 67.
